 Somewhere 10 years ago, we had only limited number of people who were susceptible to impact of hygienically significant levels of anthropogenic electromagnetic radiation, which was connected with they professional activity. Now, alas, we can talk about the impact of technogenic electromagnetic fields on the entire population of the planet. This is the result of unprecedented growth of worldwide communications and information, without which further development of scientific and technological progress became impossible. In this regard, we have urgent problem - determining optimal balance between scientific and technical progress of civilization and human right to have an ecologically safe environment.
