Somewhere 10 years ago, we had only limited number of people who were susceptible to impact of hygienically significant levels of anthropogenic electromagnetic radiation, which was connected with they professional activity. Now, alas, we can talk about the impact of technogenic electromagnetic fields on the entire population of the planet. This is the result of unprecedented growth of worldwide communications and information, without which further development of scientific and technological progress became impossible. In this regard, we have urgent problem - determining optimal balance between scientific and technical progress of civilization and human right to have an ecologically safe environment.

Endoecological conditionality of health violations

During pregnancy, neonatal and perinatal time period inside mother xenobiotics environment affect on child's body. Until seven or eight years, child organism does not yet have a reliable ferment of detoxification and defense-timeserving compensatory mechanisms. Organism does not have chronic disease, serious injuries, bad habits, direct impact of harmful industrial or secular change. Thus, the relatively healthy from nature, organism in «pure form» allows for an allocation of a complex set factors acting pathogenetic component, which in turn is linked with contents of toxins growth in environment.
