An extremely important issue that needs an immediate solution is the establishment of a permanent environmental monitoring of the children health of all ages that would make it possible to control the degree of internal environmental (endoecological) influence of the environment on child health and through various preventive measures, to prevent the possibility environmental influence of disease on Child organism. Since environmental impact on the children health is widespread, today, any clinical examination that carrying only through medicine system is ineffective and should be conducted through the education system, where there is almost always an opportunity to conduct environmental monitoring of the children health in organized child care. Through the education system should be developed and implemented for different age categories of children Environmental Health Passport (EHP).
